couple problems i have with this item:
1. the seller sent a tracking number a week after it was shipped
2. the battery's maximum capacity is 95% when received the phone, i dont think this item should be under "Mint" condition if the battery max cap is 95%.

Ordered black, but got violet. Not a big deal but thought I'd mention it.

I must return this iPad because the application I need to run needs iOS 11 or newer. This iPad had iOS 9.3.5 that's not upgradable. The seller needs to disclose the version of software that's included with the iPad they are selling.

Bought a Mint Condition tablet and received a tablet with gunk on it, a case glued to the back, and a missing S-pen that should be included with the tablet. The tablet had massive burn-in rendering the tablet unusable. Very poor experience and would never buy from this seller again.

Not as advertised. I thought I was receiving and unlocked phone and both my esim and sim did not work in the phone. I would like to return this phone for a refund. I even took it to my phone provider's store to see if they could fix it and they could not.
The company had 5 star customer service. Thank you !!!
