Lines on screen. Screen was replaced, not put on correctly. Phone is not acceptable.

Device is in good order, maybe 4/5ths battery capabilty and there was a small scuff on the outer shell. Other than those two small things my galaxy is a good phone, the camera is fast and gives good detail.

The phone is in great condition. I'm not sure if it was because how hot it has been lately, but the replacement backing was a bit sloppy. The adhesive was dried, but definitely needed to be cleaned up. Just a small thing, but its totally fine.

I had a very negative experience with this seller. I got a faulty phone that would not recognize the SIM card when I put it in. Obviously I understand buying a used phone occasionally there will be things wrong with the phone that may go unrealized. What made this experience so negative was how slow they were to help me. I brought the issue to there attention on a Thursday and didn't receive my refund for 2 and a half weeks later. This was due to slow responses from the company. Each time I would message them it would take roughly 2 days for me to get a response only getting saved when I got Swappa involved and it still took them time to get things processed for me to return the phone.
