Bought this iPhone 12 for my granddaughter and she loves it. It was in great shape and came in much fast than I expected.

Just want to start by saying I have never written a review for anything before. So PLEASE make sure you read all reviews before purchasing a product from this company. I made the mistake and read reviews after I ordered from here. I purchased two phones, same price, same description, same everything. One we were satisfied with, one we were not. Both phones were ordered in “mint” condition as the posting described. One seem to fit that description, the other was hardly in “fair” condition. Scratched screen, dirty, and scuffed up literally on every side!! Wrote and asked about a refund for the $300 phone purchase - they said they would happily give a partial refund so that made sense to me. The partial refund offer was a mere $15!! I had to clarify that they wrote the correct price, which they did. Super disappointing. Communication is poor and takes a few days to hear back sometimes. Just beware before you buy.

The sale process went through ok but the phone came in dirtier and with more screen imperfections (2 noticeable ones) than I would have expected for an item being sold as "mint" condition.

That said, the phone works just fine and is fully operational.
