They sold the phone marked and priced in pristine condition

Wireless Source, AKA "Magnakom", is an toxic bad faith seller who engages in abusive tactics to deny refunds. They sold me a "Mint" condition iPad which was actually in "Fair" condition at best. The screen had been replaced, they left glue debris under the glass, the aluminum frame edge had a huge gash in it, and the back was covered in scratches. They ignored my requests for a refund and played time-wasting games. I would encourage you to search for their name on the internet, especially their Walmart review page. Shame on Swappa for knowingly harboring this abusive seller on their platform. At this time I have still not been issued a refund and I've been forced to start a Paypal dispute, so the nightmare is ongoing.
Steer clear of this seller… Sold me an iPad with defective battery that wasn’t disclosed… Thought I would do us both a favor and hang onto the iPad and put a new battery in it instead of sending it back to him for a full refund which I had ever right to do… he offers a partial refund and through his generosity gives me $20 knowing the battery is going to run $160… not a good seller!

Seller said "mint". This item has scratches and a screen the sits raised a cm above the phone. The home button is sunk so far in you can barely press it, and its off center. Its in laughably bad condition. Battery at 87%

Shipping Policies
We ship order same day as long as order is placed before 9AM PST, otherwise it will ship next day. If order is placed Friday after 9AM PST, order will not ship until Monday.
Return & Refund Policies
Any damage to the device must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Warranty covers functional defects only, and does not cover accidental damage, cracks, or normal wear and tear such as burn-in and scratches. *PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returned devices that have been repaired, altered, or damaged in any way once the item has been delivered. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will be returned to the buyer at our sole discretion. If you would like to return your device, please send us a message so we may provide return details and answer any of your questions or concerns.
Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we are unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased. We track all IMEI and Serial Numbers per each order, and any devices returned with mismatched serial may cause a denial in your return.
We recommend packing the device very securely with bubble wrap and a sturdy box, as a returned damage device will result in denial of your return.
