Ok, maybe I don't have a firm grasp on what "Fair" condition means, but I have had NOTHING but issues with this phone after a few months of purchase. It regularly randomly restarts, overheats, locks up (I've become to know the volume up > volume down > long press power button routine all too well), display brightness fluctuations... At one point I got a message saying that the battery was an after market battery, which explains a really short battery life / Long charge times... I would never buy from wegofix again. They should be names wemaybefix?.

The listing displayed no scratches on the sides of the device, would’ve been okay with a few marks of usage however the sides are all completely scratched up ! I think this is unacceptable.
