Hi there,
We received the phone and had it connected to my daughter’s phone line. She is having trouble with it. The screen is not reacting correctly to when she types to text. Is there a warranty for this? We don’t mind en exchange in place of a return if that is better.

The phone doesn’t vibrate at all in silent mode or not. And can’t reliably stay connected to Bluetooth. Have tried multiple speakers and headsets.
