Seller is poor at communicating. I paid for phone, got the USPS tracking code, and the phone didn't move for 4 days. Multiple messages were sent to seller by Swappa and myself, no reply. On the fifth day, the seller replied with no useful information and unanswered questions. It took the seller 5 days to figure out why the phone didn't ship - no useful communication to me about what was going on. Long story short, it took 10 days for the phone to get to me, five of them without any useful information from the seller.
Phone arrived very quickly. Looked brand new and packed expertly. They even added a little sweet treat!! I had young person check it out and help me set up and iphone 13 is working really well!! I had my middle age friend help me buy on Swappa because he's bought at least 5 iphones for his family on Swappa!! Yahoo!!
