The phone that I purchased wasn't in mint condition as described. I returned it to exchange for another phone but that phone never came. The next step was to ask for a complete refund. From the day of the initial purchase to day the refund appeared in my account was 34 days. Seller was quick to communicate to my requests but slow act.

My first transaction with Swappa and I was pleased with the service.

Purchased listing but was sent a broken phone that did not work as listed. Although a refund was eventually issued, the seller did not provide an easy return experience as I frequently had to ask for updates in the process. Seller did not refund ship back fee for the phone which is why I am leaving a negative rating. The seller does respond relatively quick which is an upside, but is not easy to work with.
