Phone just as described

Ordered phone Mar 22. Was supposed to arrive on the 26. Phone never came.

Mar 30-Msg'd seller for help.

Mar 31-Seller says they will open a USPS missing mail search and asks that I do the same. So I did. Then msg'd the seller asking them to provide me the case no. from the search that they were also supposed to open with USPS. Seller REFUSES to give me their case no., and just tells me "they are working on it".

Apr 8th- No update. I msg seller again. They ignore my message. I wait longer.

Apr 17th-USPS hasn't done anything. Seller STILL hasn't responded. Swappa staff mgs's seller asking if they've opened a missing mail search.

Apr 18th-The seller STILL hasn't responded even after being compelled to by Swappa staff. It turns out the seller NEVER even opened a missing mail search at all. This experience was the exact definition of "we have your money already, we don't have to care anymore." Total apathy. And nearly a month of hassle. Avoid this seller.

Mint condition was like new... love the condition shipping was great however I thought the packaging would be more secure the phone was not damaged.
