They sent me the wrong color phone and there's a really annoying spot inside of the camera lens that appear on all my photos. Pretty bummed.

The phone was as advertised.

Brutal. Absolutely Brutal. They waited until the last minute on the last day cancel my order to say that they oversold the MacBook Pro 13 and that they would have to give a refund. My wife is a teacher and needed this ASAP and had we known earlier we could have bought a different one. This place waited too long to let us know and then proceeded to just refund and that was that, telling us to go find another seller. 13 negative reviews already for them so I should have noticed this as so many others have perfect sale records. Swappa, unload these unprofessionals they are making Swappa look bad.

The phone I was sent had a battery replacement that wasn’t listed on the sale. The return was OK, but not something that I wanted to when I was trying to get a new phone.

Seller United Wireless Group listed their phone as mint - it was not even in fair condition. Fortunately, they agreed with my assessment. However, upon returning the phone I had to prompt them 8 days later that they owed me refund. They didn't respond within 24 hours and Swappa Staff made comment which seemed to kick them into action. Overall, a nearly 3-week process and I'm still in need of a phone. :(

I purchased three iphone 11PrM in silver for families, but I did not know how to buy in quantity of 3 so I made 3 orders, the seller reached out to me to confirm if the shipment could be combined. It was very fast shipping, the phone arrived in boxes and good condition on 8/23. Except all three phones are gray color, not silver as I paid for. I reached out to the seller and Swappa support with the pictures of gray phones received. No communication back and the gray phone is a slightly cheaper. Today 8/27, family gives up on waiting to hear back from the seller and just use the phones.

This I phone I purchased loses battery charge easily causing issues when out and about. Sometimes phone will read 10% charge when out and about causing worry if need to use any apps, especially navigation, but when back to plug in it reads around 92% or so. Go figure. (Not reliable). iPhone shuts off periodically for no reason too. The charger that came with it also does not work, creating much frustration.
I was so much happier with my iPhone 8 . It may be ancient, but it is reliable.

After placing my order online I was contacted by the seller who told me they thought they had the item in stock but they did not so they had to wait until another one came in or they did in fact offer me a refund I opted to wait for another one to come in as long as they shipped it overnight because I was going out of town they agreed the item arrived on the 24th I went out of town two days later and on the 28th I had to take him to an Apple Store to have the screen replaced because the mechanism is not working in the touch feature be wary when doing business with this seller! I contacted them on the 28th and let them know what the issue was and asked if they had any solutions for a partial refund or any of the screen or if they had anything to say it is now 3 July and I have not heard anything positive or negative to my email to them

Was listed as "Mint" but has multiple scratches and paint scarring on all corners and on camera. Whoever used this phone previously beat the heck out of it! Definitely not mint! I can provide pictures of this if needed.
