Thank you for the phone, it’s in great condition!

Visually the phone looks great. However, I keep getting dropped calls, 7 times in one call, where I never used to in the past with my previous phone. A lot of the time the person I am talking to voice becomes garbled and hard to understand. Again, didn't have the problem with my previous phone. My daughter has the same phone and she has no problems with dropped calls or garbled voices. This was supposed to be a mint phone, it looks good, but performs terribly. I wish they would have done a better job testing it after they refurbished it.

The sale itself was fine and the items received physically appear “mint” as listed, but neither iPad will connect to wifi or a personal hotspot. I am trying to troubleshoot with the seller and swappa.
