We are a cloud-based, mobile device management solution provider that offers device repairs, recycle, and buy-back as a service to corporate clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Our turn key technology solution drives value for clients through increased transparency and control of the process and realized cost savings. ***Due to the location of the business and how we operate, we do not have a business license, as is it is not required from our village/city.

If device is purchased after 3:30 P.M. CDT, it will be shipped out the following/next day in lieu of UPS Pickup/Dropoff on BUSINESS days. These means if the device was purchased over the weekend, it will be shipped out that following Monday.

Most devices will be shipped instantly if purchased in the time frame of 9:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. CDT of that same day, but on rare occasion, shipments may take up to 1-3 days to leave the warehouse.

All faulty/defective items must be returned within the business, average/standard of 14 days [holidays and weekends do not count]. Once item is returned, assessed, and determined to be faulty, a refund will be issued via Paypal.

Buyer's Remorse: Buyer beware; refunds will not be given in lieu of Buyer's Remorse.
