The sale itself was fine and the items received physically appear “mint” as listed, but neither iPad will connect to wifi or a personal hotspot. I am trying to troubleshoot with the seller and swappa.

I received a different device and it made me waste my time, but they helped thru the return and refund process.

Shipping Policies
Continental US only: (Will not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Virgin Islands).
If device is purchased after 3:30 P.M. CDT, it will be shipped out the following/next day in lieu of UPS Pickup/Dropoff on BUSINESS days. These means if the device was purchased over the weekend, it will be shipped out that following Monday.
Most devices will be shipped instantly if purchased in the time frame of 9:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. CDT of that same day, but on rare occasion, shipments may take up to 1-3 days to leave the warehouse.
Return & Refund Policies
All faulty/defective items must be returned within the business, average/standard of 14 days [holidays and weekends do not count]. Once item is returned, assessed, and determined to be faulty, a refund will be issued via Paypal.
Buyer's Remorse: Buyer beware; refunds will not be given in lieu of Buyer's Remorse.
