BEWARE. Sent me the wrong device then took days to even send me a return label, never addressed getting me the right item, and had to be repeatedly hounded for updates and refund, which I only got several days after the return shipment was completed. Totally inattentive, careless and apathetic.

Rating as NEGATIVE instead of Neutral for the following reasons:

• LATE SHIPPING: Listing (and Swappa guidelines) indicated shipping info within two business days. Didnt receive info within expected timeframe AND it didnt actually ship until a day after that.
• NOT AS ADVERTISED/BAD IPAD: iPad received is on Verizons no-pay list, meaning the original buyer financed it and stopped paying. Verizon then locks the IMEI so the iPad CANNOT BE ACTIVATED ON ANY CARRIER. Seller could have easily detected this by accessing the Cellular Data plan option on the iPad (or the seller knew and tried to pass it off; cant say for sure)
• POOR COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT: I had to regularly ask for updates from the beginning. The Seller never apologized for shipping delays or the iPad not being usable on cellular. I had to prod the Seller myself for ways to resolve and while a partial refund was finally agreed upon, that itself took two weeks.

Disappointing experience, especially for a business
