Bought iPad Pro, everything checked out except the storage capacity. I was expecting 256GB as the listing said but the iPad was 128GB. Contacted the seller and he apologized for listing it as incorrect capacity. Offered me a partial refund which was fair and I was happy with. Item was as described, fast shipping and prompt response when contacted. Will buy again.

I bought a T-Mobile phone and it turned out to be locked. I tried two different sim cards both didn't work. Seller said they'll pay for the shipping fee afterwards since they sent a non working phone. Once I got my refund, they never reimbursed me the return shipping fee I paid for and completely ignored me afterwards. Waste of time and money dealing with them.
Edit: Seller contacted me after I left this review and has reimbursed me for the shipping fee.

Purchased item was exactly as expected.

Condition was a little worse than described, multiple deep scratches but at least it works.
