If condition is new, make sure that the box is intact. I received the package and the box is already ripped and the box for the watch is already open. The seal is already ripped. Other than that, all the markings are correct and I checked in apple's website that this watch has not been activated.

I’m neutral. Shipping and communication went great. The only thing I’m a little sad about is the description said mint and the screen had no scratches. The screen has many micro scratches and a small chip out of the screen. :(
