I received the laptop with a damaged screen. After sending back in the laptop for repairs, the screen shows no sign of visible damage. I would have hoped for better transparency from TopTech on their devices as well as their warranty.

The 90 day warranty does not mean an automatic return and refund if your device is damaged. The warranty solely guarantees that the device is eligible for repairs. If the device cannot be repaired, only then you will receive the refund. Free shipping comes with warranty.
