Item was mint and came with all documentation and accessories and in the box. Package was nice and secure. Only downside is that part of the rubber on the laptop screen was missing meaning it is not mint but it is super minimal. Thank you!

Paid for a mint condition computer, but the device had small knicks around the edges. I am retaining the device because of the low battery cycle, but was dissapointed with the condition considering I paid for a Mint rating.

I finally received the computer, only after having to send back one that was faulty. Better Quality Control would have ensured I got a working computer the first time.

Laptop is in condition as specified in description. Shipping took way longer than expected because seller chose to use USPS for shipping and they are terrible. Laptop didn't arrive until a week after being shipped to me.

Shortly after purchasing a MacBook Pro from them I accidentally cracked the screen. They fixed it at a reduced price!! They didn't have to do that because it was my fault, but they did it anyway.
