Tigerphones has been such a delight to work with. I noticed that when I received the iPhone 8, it was missing a SIM tray. I wrote Tigerphones through Swappa chat and they were very apologetic, understanding, and accommodating. They put a SIM tray in the mail asap and had it to me in no time. I'm not looking for a perfect seller, but one who works well with you if/when they make mistakes because there are no perfect sellers and I can say that I'm very impressed with the customer service from Tigerphones.

The phone was in good shape
This phone originally came with a slight visual defect on the screen that was touch-sensitive. I gave a neutral rating because I thought it wasn't worth the effort to try to see if anything could be done before Christmas as this was a gift. After discovering how easy Tigerphones was to talk with and work with, they helped me with a creative solution that was fair and easy and this phone will still be able to be under the tree. Thanks Tigerphones for your excellent customer service, your willingness to do the right thing, and for your honest feedback so I was fully aware of my options and the details around them!

We ship all orders by USPS First-Class mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Item's typically arrive in 3-5 mailing days from order date.
