Phone arrived a day early, and matched the description on the page very well. the back of the phone was worn a tad more than I expected, but for the price I really can't complain! Also, I thought I had an issue with the volume button on the phone, but in reality it was a user error with the phone cover. However, the customer service rep (Marlee) was polite and helpful in trying to resolve my issue.
