Super-fast shipping. Ordered on Wednesday night and received by Saturday. The product itself was exactly as described and works wonderfully. It also came with the original unused Samsung cord and charger.

The phone arrived with a defective charging port. I ruled out the cord and charging block. Customer Service was responsive in a timely manner. They sent me a prepaid mailing label and a replacement phone. Of course I was not happy to receive a defective phone, but it happens. Tigerphone's response was excellent. I recommended them to my son, who also purchased a phone from them.
