I had an issue with the phone that I purchased so I used the card that came along with the phone to contact them. I got their voice mail. The name of the company, and the hours of operation were different from what was stated on the card. I did leave a message, but did not receive a return call "within an hour" as was stated on the card. That evening, I also emailed them. The next day I received a text and an email from 2 different people from the same company. They are trying to handle the situation. The reason I gave them a neutral was because it was so confusing that the info on the card did not match the message on the voice mail, and they did not call me within an hour.
