Phone was in great condition. The only issue is the the S-pen sticking. It does come out, but it sticks. They phone also came with, what looks to be, a tempered glass screen cover. The one I ordered will be a back up, so that's great.

There was a slight mix up with their ordering system but they got me my phone by the date i needed it and it was in mint condition as advertised. they even added a screen protector for my trouble! outstanding!
