I Was not satisfied with the phone I received and worried I was going to get the run around trying to resolve the issue. Phone condition was not as described. She immediately agreed and offered to exchange, refund or price adjustment to accommodate the condition of the phone. I chose price adjustment and she definitely took care of me. Highly recommended
