I love the phone. I was worried about buying a phone in "good" condition, but any cosmetic issues are nearly unnoticeable.

The phone was purchased on Friday and shipped on Monday. I received it on Wednesday. The phone is in "mint" condition - no scratches or dings or anything to be seen. After a full day of use, it seems to operate as it should. One issue, however: the phone came with an orange flyer that said something to the effect of, "Thank you for purchasing this certified refurbished phone," and listed a name other than Tigerphones. Because I corresponded with Tigerphones prior to sale, I was not totally surprised to receive a refurbished phone. However, I do think it is misleading for the word "refurbished" NOT to appear in the listing. The refurbished phone is indeed in "mint" condition, but that information should have been more readily available as I made my purchasing decision.
