The phone came to me in great condition. My only suggestion is: (1) let your buyers know when the phone is expected to be delivered. The information you provide shows when the phone is shipped...but not whether the deliver is by next day mail, regular mail, etc, and (2) let buyers know that they need to buy a SIM card for the phone. I was a neophyte.

Phone was in good description as described and will look for Tigerphones again when I need a phone. Only problem was the phone arrived with 0% in the battery which is never good for the life of a battery.

I had an issue with my payment being marked as an echeck from paypal which delayed shipment 3 days until it cleared. However, the staff at Tigerphones was very attentive, sweet and empathetic to my issue. Once payment cleared the shipping was super fast. I chose 'mint' condition on my phone purchase and received just that. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely purchase from again!
