I ordered two Galaxy Note 5's from Tiger Phones. The phones were delivered quickly, in a well protected package. However, one of the phones was unable to be activated as it still had an active device installment payment plan on it. If your business is to sell used phones this should never happen. Every phone offered for sale should be checked to make sure it has a clean MEID/IMEI. Tiger Phones was unable to offer me a similar phone for the same price. They then offered me a different phone for an additional $30 when they were offering that same phone for $10 less on Swappa. I ended up spending $12 more for another Galaxy Note 5 and it took an additional 7 days to receive the phone. I could have purchased two Note 5's from competing vendors for the same price, but I originally chose Tiger Phones because of their better Swappa ratings. They did not live up to that rating with my experience with them.

Tigerphones and Swappa have been an absolute dream to work with. Seriously, Tigerphones' support was so good I thought I might be dreaming. When the "mint" Note 5 I bought developed an issue with the display, Tigerphones set up a return and got me a refund way sooner than I expected they would/could.

Couldn't recommend this seller or this site enough. If you're deliberating between sellers, save yourself some time and go with Tigerphones.

They sent me a phone advertised as Verizon compatible, but when I tried to active it I found out it was locked onto the AT&T network. Their customer support was very helpful though and made the return/refund quick and easy.
