Sale was stress-free, shipping was good, and product was initially as advertised. Unfortunately, issues arose three months after purchase with the battery. Seller admitted through email that this is common with this phone's battery, but that didn't stop them from selling it to me. Seller was unwilling to offer any assistance after the fact.
