Excellent customer service! I noticed on the package tracking that my package was out for delivery in Texas when I live in NH. I contacted customer service. They sent me a scan showing that the package was addressed correctly. They called the carrier to locate the package and send it in the right direction. Turns out it was going to the same name town, just in the wrong state. I also had an issue with the charging cable. (It doesn't always work.) I contacted customer service again and they immediately sent out a new cable. The phone is in mint condition as described. I am very pleased with the outcome of my purchase.
