This was not a good experience and I would not recommend purchasing a phone from this Tiger Phones. When I received the phone the battery was having problems and it wasn't working, I tried to contact them through the website and received no help. Now only 4 months later the phone won't hold a charge and I am out over $300. I would avoid this seller if at all possible, they lied about the phone being fully functional.

Phone delivered quickly and as advertised. Unfortunately I had to return phone due to intermittent issue. Seller offers return or exchange, no hassle at all. I ended up returning phone. Will buy from this seller again if come across a phone I like.

Phone was shipped quickly. Was well packaged. When I discovered a defect in the phone (ear speaker) after a couple days, seller immediately provided me a return label and shipped me a like replacement.
