Item was advertised without pictures of actual cell phone which I'm pretty sure is against Swappa's policy. Also, phone came with a significant scratch in upper right hand corner of the phone much more apparent than "light scratches from normal wear and tear." Hopefully tempered glass will cover it up. Other than that the phone works. Shipping was fast, but phone could have been secured better than one layer of small bubble wrap. Just things to consider for a company that has sold thousands of cell phones.... QA department?
