fast and easy

The phone I got was a dud, some issue with the software not recognizing that it was an AT&T phone (although it apparently was).

Took four attempts at trying to set up the phone at home and then an hour of waiting at the AT&T store to figure out this issue, so although the vendor did act promptly in processing the return, I was left with a bit of a bad taste in the end.

IMHO the phone should have been tested before it was sent out to save me hours of pain. Otherwise, the physical condition was as-described, so that was accurate. I'm giving a neutral rating b/c of the physical condition and the fact that they did process the refund quickly, so at least their customer service team is on the ball, even if their QA department was on vacation the day this phone came in and went out.
