The customer service was EXTRAORDINARY! My 90 year old mother decided the smart phone was too complicated for her and opted to go back to her flip phone. Tigerphones returned ALL her money expeditiously once we returned the phone - NO questions and NO hassle. Additionally, they provided a return label AND returned her original expedited shipping fee in addition to the cost of the phone without charging a restock fee. Will definitely use them again !

Shipping Policies

We ship all orders by USPS First-Class mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Item's typically arrive in 3-5 mailing days from order date.
