The iPhone we received had a few marks on the otherwise perfect screen. Not exactly as advertised but in practically new condition otherwise. Once we placed a screen protector on, the screen was perfect.
This was my first Swappa purchase, but I was mistaken about what was included in this purchase of a mint condition iPad Pro. The listing said: "Power cord/charger not required". What exactly does that mean? I should have asked, b/c it meant that they were 'not included'. My bad, but I feel the listing was ambiguous in this regard. Now, of course, I have to acquire a charger.

Return & Refund Policies
A 30-day return policy is offered on all purchases. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns and order cancellations. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.
The warranty is void if either the software or hardware is not in the same condition as described in the listing. Including but not limited to cracked front or back glass, and software modifications.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of the order being returned and verified to be in acceptable condition. To ensure the device is eligible for a return, please ensure any iCloud/Google/Samsung account has been removed.
