Phenomenal experience.

First phone that I ordered was not able to be activated on my carrier due to a problem with the previous owner's account (although Ron said the IMEI number showed up clean on his database). Ron, offered to replace or refund and I chose to get a replacement. The replacement phone was shipped quickly and works great! I'm very satisfied. An initial disappointment was turned into a positive experience. Thanks, Ron!
