The phone listed it had a new battery and the phone itself was in perfect condition. Unfortunately the battery didn't hold a charge. The seller was very responsive and very nice.

Phone was in great condition upon getting it we charged it fully to test out the battery and didnt have to charge until the third day came in 3 days before Christmas. Seller was amazing!

A 30-day return policy is offered on all purchases. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns and order cancellations. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.
