Fast shipping, phone is in good condition and as described. The only problem I had is that the included lightning cable is partially broken-- the housing on the USB end is loose and will slide up and down, exposing the wires. It still works though.

Seems to be in good order. It was promptly delivered and very well packaged. Also came with almost a full battery! Very pleased. Hopefully it will serve me well when I use it abroad since it is unlocked!

Phone doesn't match new unused description after replacement of defective GPS on first try. Moisture check paper on second phone speaker plate shows it was wet. Camera has scratch marks. Product does not stand up to expectations with the description given.

Customer service was better than expected, given the non working phone. I had a second phone in less than a week, though it still doesnt match the new, unused condition description.

Overall good customer service, but bad product. Given the 250 price tag, and end result, I'll use ebay for my next phone.
