The seller was great to work with and very cooperate with exchanging the phone. Not all unlocked phones work with all carriers. The phone was in great condition but the battery isn't so great. Just doesn't hold charge for long. Not sure how you would know that information in the future. Nelda was a pleasure to deal with as a seller

Nelda provided great customer service. I was confused about the lack of a SIM card for the phone. When I asked about it, Nelda offered to send me one for free. As the phone was advertised as being a Verizon cell phone, I can understand my confusion. I would suggest to Swappa that a description include the inclusion or lack of a SIM card.
