A++++ I had some issues with the first device I received, but Nelda was quick to resolve this and was very flexible to work out an exchange. Outstanding seller. 2nd device bought from her and very pleased. Would highly recommend buying from her and would buy again.

Hi Nelda: I wonder if I got my phones mixed up as both my son and I bought Galaxy 3 phones from Swappa (not sure if he he also bought from you) around the same time. Let me check with him to see if this is the situation (or maybe he bought from you as well? His name is Brent Wong and lives in Los Alamitos, CA in case you can look this up in your records. Alternatively, if this is not a phone from you but you can fix the problem, I'm happy to pay you if it's not too costly?
