I originally had several problems with the phone that I purchased from this seller. I notified them through Swappa of my concerns. They immediately sent me a postage paid return label so they could rectify the problem and send me a new phone. However after reviewing many of the settings that were on the original device; and also going to my local carrier, it was determined that much of the malfunction was due to a faulty Sim card which was given to me by that local carrier. Although the problems I had were in no way the fault of the seller, they quickly and conveniently worked to solve the issue. I would most definitely use this seller again

This was my BEST Swappa purchase to date. I was forced to buy this virtually new unit after the purchase of a defective device that requires a PayPal dispute for refund. I would describe device as retail new in the box with full accessories still bagged. GREAT purchase, GREAT price, GREAT service. I'll look for this seller again!
