Nelda was prompt in shipping the phone. I got it in 2 days and the phone was as described but the screen had separated slightly (believed to be due to heat from shipping) so Nelda offered to replace it with another one. Great! Unfortunately, there was not another one in similar condition so the screen was fixed and sent back. Which was really nice of Nelda to do. I think most sellers on here would have just said "you bought a used phone". After I received the phone with the screen fixed, I tried to activate it but it wouldn't register the SIM card. Because Nelda didn't have a phone available in a similar condition, I just asked for a refund. I would have given the seller 5 stars but the communication throughout the process was slow. Several times I had to make multiple posts to get a response. Otherwise, the customer service was good. I would buy from seller again.

Very satisfied with my purchase of a Sprint 16gb iPhone 5. The phone was advertised as in "good" condition, however I would def consider it in "mint" condition. It almost looks like it came fresh from the box. The tracking info was posted the day after I made the purchase. I made the purchase Monday night & the device was in my mailbox by Thursday afternoon. Extremely satisfied with the speed of the sellers response to the one email I sent, the speed of which the tracking info was posted & the speed of the entire shipping process.
