First time using Swappa and it was a very positive experience with this seller (Nelda). The posting was very clear and detailed. Although I had a few questions, Nelda was able to answer them and answer them very fast. The item came earlier than expected which was even better. Item was package very well to prevent damages during shipping process. The phone came in good working condition. Came with charger and USB cable as stated. Battery life was standard which is a good sign. The phone was unlocked as stated. I don't have any bad things to say, everything was positive. Thanks again for making my first Swappa experience a positive one! Much better and safer than using Craigslist for buying used phones that is for sure.

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond. But I had to wait for the SIM card to get here before I started my testing. Everything is as promised. Will gladly buy from you again. And thanks again for getting it to me so fast! I finally feel safe using this in public because of the fingerprint sensor.
