I received the telephone in a timely manner. There was an issue with the phone when I went to have it activated, not sure if it was the phone or the Verizon technician. Nelda agreed to replace the phone. The second phone arrived in a timely manner and there were no issues with this phones activation. Overall this was a good transaction and I would recommend Nelda to others.
