Purchased a new iPhone 4. First one arrived within two days of order, but did not work. Seller sent a me a one day shipping label to swap it for another new iphone 4. Came with new accessories as advertised. Been using the phone for 2 days now without issue.

The device looks brand new, functions beautifully, and it shipped really fast the only thing is that when I went to activate it the employee noticed that the back was not like a real iPhone 5 back, it was missing some writing under the iPhone part. It doesn't matter to me but if it's not a really iPhone or if it's been refurbished you should really tell the buyer.
