I SUSPECT THE SELLER IS A COMPLETE LIAR AND FRAUD. I received the phone as promised quickly, told that it had never been used, and was a replacement phone. Turns out the 4G did not work, and after taking it to Verizon, found out the phone had actually been activated for 6 months, even had an Asian Airline ap on. Verizon told me the phone I had should not have been able to be activated "for reasons we cannot discuss with you." I sent the phone back and was promised a replacement, and even given a pre-tracking number. The number revealed that the phone was never shipped out. I'm still waiting for a phone now, told that the manager at USPS "is out to lunch" and the seller will get back to me as soon as he knows. Finally just bought a phone from someone else. I have been out of a phone now for two weeks! ENOUGH.

Fast shipping. However, phone condition is not as described. The screen has 2 deep scratches and there is a big dent on the frame. The phone is obviously not in "mint condition" as the seller stated.
