Ran into a couple different issues and it took two tries to get it right. Seller was always quick and responsive to work with though. I believe it was a fluke and/or a some bad luck. Worked out in the end and I am pleased with the sellers approach.

Initial phone did not hold provider signal and was returned for replacement. The replacement process was slow due to company's mainstream approach to customer service. I did receive an excellent replacement but lost several days of productivity because first phone did not work properly and had to be replaced.
