Ok, so i base everything I buy online from anywhere on reviews!! I have to admit I have bought from swappa several times. I have had a not so good experience 2x. Not from this seller!! If you are reading this, this seller is TRUSTWORTHY and does those little extra things that make the buy over the top. I have bought from this person before, both times this person had the best deal for what I was looking for. Both times I got a charging cord and a box. Both times there was already a screen protector on my phone!!! In my experience, this is the only seller that sends both the cord and the box, so the screen protector is like an awesome bonus!! My phone always comes from this seller in a few days!! I have bought from other sellers and paid for the express shipping and got a phone from this seller on free shipping an entire week sooner than the extra $50 I paid for express! So honestly this seller is the way to go!! If i could do stars, I would give 5 Hope this helps the buyers!!

Shipping: All items are shipped within 1 business day from Lombard, IL, via USPS (Insurance included). Item will deliver within 2-5 Business days, and we do not ship internationally.
Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
