The damage to the screen of the phone was not apparent in listing photos. The vendor wasted my time and shipping costs to return the item by not making the condition of the phone obvious in the listing photos and description.

Phone was dysfunctional, and The Wireless Circle has the worst customer service I have ever had, not responding to comments on Swappa, not responding to calls directly to their office, and no responses to emails directly to them from their website. Only when Swappa staff stepped in after my request for assistance did I get any responses. Avoid them at all costs.
