Phone in good shape, there is one scratch on the screen that a screen protector doesn't fully cover. There wasn't much of any padding in the box, so phone was rattling around a bit and since not in a sleeve it wasn't the best packing job but again decent phone and good price.
Great experience. The phone came quickly and it was well packaged.

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
