Phone arrived with a scratch on the screen - it is a little less than 1/4 of an inch long. The included charging cable seems to have a misshapen USB C plug, as it does not fit properly into the phone's port and does not charge the phone consistently. Fortunately, I have my own charging cables. The scratch is minor but annoying for a product described as "mint."

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
