Claim the phone was "New" get it out of the box and has finger prints all over and scratches on the front, back, and by the charging port. I probably won't buy from them again. They did refund me my money when I had to talk with Swappa and the seller (Business) for over a week. It was pretty stressful and time consuming. Since they didn't respond to my email the first time.

Very pleased. I purchased a 'New (retail)' condition Note 3 and received it in 2 biz days, and was very pleased to find it arrived as described. Appears to be brand new, never activated, never updated, and on the initial factory firmware, which is exactly what I wanted. Working just fine. I would buy from this seller again. Shipping Policies

Shipping: All items are shipped within 1 business day from Lombard, IL, via USPS (Insurance included). Item will deliver within 2-5 Business days, and we do not ship internationally.

Return & Refund Policies

Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
